Streamline Physio has a brand new location on Bruce St in Verona and Kindled is setting up there for an evening of wood-fired sauna sessions, cold plunge and community!
Thursday, November 20th, 5-8pm
For a 60 minute session, cycle through hot, cold, rest, rehydrate and repeat at your own pace. There is no rigid structure to these sessions. The sauna seats 6 at a time - 2 people per bench. Please wear what you feel comfortable getting sweaty/wet in! Some choose a bathing suit while others choose light athletic clothing. Please bring 2 towels, a water bottle and slip on shoes.
Come before your session and/or stay after your session to take a peek at Streamline’s new space, receive free injury screening, browse Kindled’s sauna library, or chat with other sauna goers. Streamline is graciously providing hot chocolate and traditional LMNT beverages to compliment your session. If for your cold plunge, you prefer an open water dip, Verona’s Fireman Beach is right across the street!
An email will be sent out to sauna goers a day or two before the event with more granular how to prepare details and a waiver to sign!
a note on cancellations:
Those needing to cancel >24hrs in advance will receive a credit for a future sauna session and those needing to cancel <24hrs in advance will unfortunately not be able to receive a credit/refund. Thanks for your understanding! Tickets are transferable if you can no longer make it but are able to pass the seat along to someone who is!
