


SUNDAY EVENING June 1st SAUNA + STILLNESS + SOUND
On Sunday, June 1st Kindled is offering wood-fired sauna + cold plunge sessions at Schumacher Farm Park in Waunakee!
KINDLED is born from a dream of leading people toward wellness and toward connection with others. Sauna has the ability to strip us down both mentally and physically- lighter clothing, fewer screens, more vulnerability, limited status symbols. Facing the heat and overcoming it fosters grit, resilience, and relaxation.
There is no rigid structure to these sessions. Cycle through hot, cold, rest, rehydrate, repeat how it feels best for you to do so. Sessions are 60 minutes.
The climate-controlled Center for Rural History will be available to refill water and use the bathrooms. Please wear whatever it is you feel comfortable getting sweaty/wet in. Bring a towel and a water bottle. Slip on shoes to wear in/out can also come in handy.

Amanda Sherer (@sirona.collective) is leading a “stillness and sound” workshop from 6-7pm. Join in after your 5pm sauna session or before your 7pm sauna session!
“Carve out space to rest, reset, and receive. This peaceful gathering begins with a guided meditation (also called yoga nidra) to quiet the mind, followed by a sound bath—where soothing tones help you fully unwind. You’ll receive a take-home floral bundle, a fragrant reminder of your time. Whether you’re new to these practices or returning to them, this in an invitation to come just as you are—and leave feeling radiant from within.”
