sauna, yoga, massage at Wyoming Valley School - Wednesday March 18

Come out to the Frank Lloyd Wright designed cultural arts center, the Wyoming Valley School, the evenings of March 18th for a special collaborative offering from Rural Remedy, Kindled Community Sauna, and The Haven on High!

The flow of the evening will look like this:

5:15-6:15pm wood fired sauna + cold plunge session, massages

6:30-7:30pm yoga by Emily Benz

7:45-8:45pm wood fired sauna + cold plunge session, massages

sauna: For a 60 minute session, flow through the thermic cycle of hot, cold, rest, rehydrate, repeat in the way that feels best to your body. Enjoy the ancient healing tradition of wood-fired sauna while in community with others. The sauna seats 6 at a time - 2 per bench. There will be two cold plunges with the option of dunking all the way in, splashing your face, dipping only hands/feet in OR, the cool air can count as your cold element. Wear whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty and/or wet in. Some choose bathing suits while others choose light athletic attire. Bring a water bottle and two towels please. Hannah will be your sauna guide!

yoga: Relax and be guided by Emily for an hour of movement and breath. No yoga experience is required. Wear layers for yoga and please bring a mat.

massage: Experience Melody’s healing hands for 20 minute massages. Please book separately from sauna + yoga by using this link.

Please feel free to bring your own snacks or a meal!

An email will be sent out a day or two prior to the event with some reminders, details, and a waiver for you to sign prior to your sauna session.

Tickets are easily transferrable if you find you are signed up and no longer able to make it. Cancellations >24hrs in advance will be offered a credit to use at Kindled Community Sauna in the future. Sorry, but cancellations <24hrs in advance won’t be able to be refunded/credited. Thanks for your understanding!
