Viva Infusions is celebrating the grand opening of their new build and the sauna will be there to help celebrate!
Save your seat for a 60 minute wood-fired sauna + cold plunge session! There is no rigid structure to the sauna sessions. Cycle through hot sauna, cold water, rest, rehydrate and repeat how it feels best for you to do so. These are community sessions where you will sauna alongside up to 5 other folks. Save all seats of a given time slot to reserve a private session.
All are welcome. Please arrive wearing whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty/wet in. Please bring a towel to sit on in the sauna. An email will be sent out to participants a day or so in advance with some additional how to prepare details and a waiver to sign.
