Are you attending Cheeselandia Hoop Affair (a convention for people who love hula hooping?!) Would you like to complement your time there with a wood-fired sauna + cold plunge experience? You’re in the right spot.
Kindled Community Sauna is offering opportunities to experience the thermic cycle outside the Madison Circus Space Sunday, February 22nd.
Two 60 minute sessions are geared towards Cheeselandia Hoop Affair attendees and two will be opened to the greater Madison Circus Space community. More sessions will be added if the response is enthusiastic and the sauna fills up!
These sessions are not rigid. Move through the thermic cycle of hot sauna, cold water/cold weather exposure, rest, rehydrate and repeat in a way that feels best to your body.
Wear whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty and wet in, bring two towels, and a water bottle.
A more detailed “how to prepare/what to expect” email will be sent (with a waiver to sign!) a day or so before your session.
