














Sauna Saturdays at Hedge Meadow - 9/20, 10/18
Please join Kindled Community Sauna for a series of Saturdays at Hedge Meadow! We will be offering wood-fired sauna + cold plunge sessions that are the perfect way to relax and spend time in community. Browse the shop, sip an herbal beverage or coffee from the cafe, grab a sourdough baked good, and lounge in the very inviting outdoor or indoor spaces before, during, or after your session.
Saturday, September 20th 9am-2pm
Saturday, October 18th 9am-2pm
We will be offering 90 minute sessions. You will sauna alongside others (sauna seats 6) who signed up to do so at the same time as you. A private session can be made possible by reserving all 6 seats at a given time frame.
Please arrive wearing what you feel most comfortable getting sweaty and wet in. Some folks choose bathing suits while others choose athletic shorts, sports bra, etc.
Please bring 2 towels - one to sit on while in the sauna and one to dry off after your session. There is one gender neutral restroom on site.
Please arrive well hydrated and bring a full water bottle. Water is the only food/beverage that may be brought into the sauna.
There will be two cold plunges filled with the hose. Some folks like to plunge all the way in while others prefer a splash of cool water to the face, a bucket of cold water dumped over the head, a dip of hands/feet in, a mist from the hose, etc.
These sessions have no rigid structure. The thermic cycle of hot, cold, rest, rehydrate, repeat is yours to explore and move through how you see best.
A pre-session email will be sent out a day or two prior to your session. You will kindly be asked to sign a waiver at this time.
