Come out to Indigo Ridge Lavender Farm (5140 Mickelson Rd, Black Earth) the evening of June 11, 5-8pm to experience wood-fired sauna + cold plunge sessions elevated with fragrant and calming lavender.
Indigo Ridge is a Lavender Farm situated on a hilltop just outside Black Earth. The owner, Katie, enjoys sharing her love of lavender and the countryside she grows it on.
From 5-8pm, cycle through the wood-fired heat of sauna and cold plunges at your own pace. Grab a lavender lemonade (included) during your cool down rounds, walk the lavender fields, browse the market area, and enjoy the stunning views!
Included in your ticket purchase is a 1oz bottle of lavender hydrosol.
Please note: the session will be three hours long and open to a total of 18 people (not counting kiddos). There will be one 6-seat sauna for people to cycle in and out of, as well as 2 cold plunge tubs. The idea is that you can come and go as you please, arriving and leaving whenever it suits you!
Please feel free to bring your kids. Let them run around and be looked after by fellow sauna-goers while you enjoy the heat, and return the favor on your breaks! Older children are very welcome to spend time in the sauna and cold plunge.
Please arrive to the farm wearing what you feel most comfortable getting sweaty/wet in. Bring a full water bottle and two towels. Slip on shoes can be handy! There will be a portable bathroom on site that can be used for all toilet and changing needs.
An email will be sent out a few days prior to the event with some how to prepare type of details as well as a waiver to sign.
