Come out to the patio of Karben 4 on Wednesday, September 17th for an evening of wood-fired sauna + cold plunge sessions brought to you by Kindled Community Sauna!
For 60 minutes, cycle through hot sauna, cold plunges, rest, rehydrate and repeat. Follow your session up with some lounge time on the patio and a beer that is included with your ticket.
Arrive wearing whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty/wet in. Some folks wear a bathing suit while others opt for light athletic clothing. Bring two towels, a water bottle, and slip on shoes.
An email will be sent out to sauna goers a day or two ahead of time with some details and a waiver to sign.
