Kindled Community Sauna is setting up at The Vintage (Sauk Prairie) for two evenings of riverside sauna sessions.
Wednesday, June 24th, 5-8pm
Thursday, June 25th, 5-8pm (live music this evening 6-8pm by The Sparks Band)
Save your seat for a 60 minute sauna session! These are community sessions where you will be accompanied in the sauna by up to 5 other sauna goers - save all six seats of a particular timeframe for a private session!
There is no rigid structure to these sessions.
Cycle through hot wood-fired sauna, cool water, rest, rehydrate and repeat how it feels right to you.
Kindled is born from a dream of leading people toward wellness and toward connection with others. For Kindled, sauna is not a seasonal sport but rather a year round ritual. Sauna has the ability to strip us down both mentally and physically- lighter clothing, fewer screens, more vulnerability, limited status symbols. Facing the heat and overcoming it fosters grit, resilience, and relaxation.
Arrive wearing whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty/wet in. Some folks wear a bathing suit while others choose light athletic clothing. Bring two towels, a water bottle, and slip on shoes.
An email will be sent out to sauna goers a day or two ahead of time with some details and a waiver to sign.
