Come join Kindled Community Sauna for an evening of wood fired sauna, creek dipping, pond swimming, and Sauna Water sipping.
At 4809 Scherbel Rd, right off Hwy 14 and just outside Cross Plains, sits Salmo Pond.
It’s beautiful, surrounded by walking paths, and situated right next to Black Earth Creek. There are different entries into both the creek and pond. There are multiple docks, sitting areas, and a bathroom (with no running water.)
Cycle through hot, cold, rest, rehydrate, repeat for a 60 minute session.
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty/wet in.
Show up well hydrated and BRING PLENTY OF WATER - There is not a spot to refill water bottles. (Your seat includes one 12oz can of Sauna Water.)
Please bring two towels - one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off with after.
Sandals/water shoes are nice to move in and out of the creek or pond - there are some rocky areas.
Private sessions can be made by purchasing all 6 seats of a specific time slot.
