All (members and nonmembers) are welcome to come out to Burn Bootcamp Middleton for a wood-fired sauna session on Tuesday, February 3rd.

Before camp, after camp, or as a rest day- sauna however you choose but make sure to hydrate before, during, and after. If you’re planning on working out, fyi it will be an arm day.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable getting sweaty/wet in: a bathing suit, light athletic clothes, etc. Move through the thermic cycle of hot, cold, rest, rehydrate, repeat at your own pace. IF it’s decided that cold plunges won’t cause too much of an icy mess, they will be brought along. If they are not a part of the experience, enjoy the cold air for a few minutes or splash your face from a smaller bucket of cold water.

The shortest sessions we typically offer are 60 minutes in duration. This allows for a few cycles of hot/cold. For this event, we’re offering shorter 30 min sessions in case that is more appealing in conjunction with a workout. Book back to back sessions if a typical 60 minute sessions is desired! You will be joined in the sauna by up to 5 others who have booked the same time you have. There are 3 benches that seat 2 people each.

2 large bathrooms with showers are available for use.
